IMMIMPANGKEP – This Hadith is about False Speech

Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) narrated that: the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “Whoever does not leave false speech, and acting according to it, then Allah (Subhanahu wa ta’ala) is not in any need of him leaving his food and his drink.”

Fasting is not just refraining from eating, it is abstaining from foul speech and all things disliked by Allah (Subhanahu wa ta’ala). If you have bad habits, now is the time to restrain yourself and make a positive change forever. Abandon gossip, backbiting, swearing, lies and slander. Do everything to ensure your fast is accepted and better yourself. (*)
